Axly is a digital NFC identity platform that allows users to share their information using NFC cards and online profiles (“Service”). By accessing or using Axly, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Early Access

Axly is currently provided as an early access product. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or future functionality during this phase.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Axly only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate applicable laws or regulations. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

4. User Content

If you create or manage a profile using Axly, you are responsible for the content you share. You confirm that you have the right to publish the information you provide and that it does not violate the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software related to Axly (excluding user-provided content) remain the property of Axly. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Axly does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
